Job Summary:
As a Sales BDC Agent at Frank Kent Motor Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the auto industry. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, assisting them with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. This is a full-time individual contributor role based in Arlington, Texas.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, responding to inquiries over the phone, email, or through our website.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team.
- Assist sales team in gathering customer information and updating our customer database.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with potential customers to answer any additional questions and convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and reach monthly sales targets.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on current industry trends and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
