Job Summary 
The Experienced Preowned Sales Manager for Frank Kent Motor Cadillac in Fort Worth, Texas is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. This position is a vital role within our dealership, responsible for overseeing the sales of pre-owned luxury vehicles and managing a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury vehicle sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase pre-owned luxury vehicle sales.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Train and onboard new sales associates and provide ongoing training and support to the team.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Create and maintain a positive and customer-focused work environment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote pre-owned luxury vehicle sales.
- Work closely with the dealership's finance and insurance departments to structure and close deals.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury vehicle sales, preferably in a management role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in dealership sales software and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicles, features, and market trends.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
