This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a primary focus on providing exceptional customer service in the delivery of vehicles. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the delivery process
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations
• Prepare and process all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery area and showroom
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep track of all deliveries and inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records at all times
• Assist with scheduling and executing test drives for potential customers
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, features, and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
