Job Summary :
The Sales BDC Agent at Frank Kent Motor Company is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales.
This role requires a high level of motivation, determination, and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
As a Sales BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle from our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time role with a base salary ranging from $28,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
The commission structure is based on individual sales achieved, providing additional earning potential.
Payments are made semi-monthly.
