Responsibilities- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but must have prior sales experience to be considered.
- Reimbursement program available for license.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
