We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers a base salary of $30,000 per year plus commission, with expected first-year earnings ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 . Top performers have earned up to $84,000 annually. Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • Preferred candidate would already have their license but must have prior sales experience to be considered.
  • Reimbursement program available for license.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
