General Description:
The HR Director is responsible for leading the Human Resources Department. S/he defines, develops and implements Human Resources initiatives for the organization, including labor cost management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. S/he develops policies and procedures, and provides employee relations and compliance (in collaboration with legal counsel) guidance to managers and caregivers.
