Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines within our facility. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.
.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
·Ensures proper operation of equipment by performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
· Inspect and test CNC machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
·Order parts, supplies or equipment from suppliers.
·Dismantle machines or equipment to access and remove defective parts using necessary tools.
·Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts; checking fluid levels; replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance tasks.
·Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
·Plan and lay out repair work – using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals or schematic diagrams.
·Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
· Assist with building maintenance as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· 5 years of CNC machining experience including problem solving and repair.
· Must have solid mechanical knowledge.
· CNC set-up and troubleshooting experience.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
· Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and applicable federal, state, local, safety requirements.
