IMMEDIATE POSITION

Genthe Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their growing team. Genthe Law is an energetic, busy firm looking to onboard an individual with a growth mindset. We value integrity, compassion, an attention to detail and no excuse attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and handle incoming calls
• Set-up claims with insurance companies
• Organize, sort and upload mail
• Request medical records and ensure accuracy
• General office responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years office or front desk experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Able to operate office equipment for scanning, faxing, mailing, and answering a multi-line telephone system
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to prioritize & organize duties
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Job Types: Full-time

• Monday to Friday

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
