Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our legal office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and redlining legal documents
- Manage Clio and Quickbooks accounts
- Obtain legal documents from the State (EINs, certificates of formation etc.)
Qualifications:
- Secondary Education Preferable
- Microsoft proficiency
- At least two years experience in a legal administrative role preferred
- Familiar with Legal and Real Estate Terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
