We are a growth stage, 50-employee company meeting today’s consumers’ demand for digital engagement for purchasing, payments, access to relevant products and services and personal relationships.

5Lights, LLC, the parent company of Genius Avenue, is a Tucson-based firm that invests in exceptional companies and specializes in business optimization.

Position Summary:

The Client Services Coordinator will work directly with our Client Operations Services Team to work in support of Genius Avenue’s Clients. The Services Team works to set up small businesses; large, single, and multi-site employer’s administrative system and enrollment portals within Genius Avenue’s technology platform. Genius Avenue’s platform is a custom-built application for enrollment in benefits and other plans. The Client Service Coordinator will be an integral part of Genius Avenue’s growth and mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Follow written and verbal methodical instruction.
  • Technical experience in working within web applications and basic computer skills required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Acrobat.
  • Update Member eligibility as needed, including mapping enrollment to new products at renewal. Specifically:

o Group and Member Terminations

o Group enrollment mapping to new 2024 products

o Printed document support (mailing)

o Other duties/tasks as assigned

  • Upload source documents, logos, and data into Genius Avenue's platform system.
  • Ensure that assigned client enrollment setups are processed accurately and timely.
  • Outlook: Must be able to schedule meetings on the calendar, compose professional emails, and send emails as single or multiple distributions.
  • Word: Ability to create reports, write requirements, and compose client letters.
  • Excel: Create and edit spreadsheets, sort, add formulas, and link fields to multiple tabs and documents.
  • Utilize our Helpdesk software and tools (SalesForce Service and other tools) to manage work queue, respond to open cases, and track work completion.
  • Provide superior client customer service
  • Support Genius Avenue values.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with web applications and basic computer skills.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and develop skills on the job.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

$17 - $20/hour - based on experience.
