Genesis HealthCare is Hiring a Human Resources Director Near Gettysburg, PA

Part of Genesis HealthCare, one of the nation's largest providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy, is Genesis Physician Services (GPS). GPS is a group practice of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and others who specialize in the holistic care of sub-acute, skilled nursing and long-term stay patients. Quality of life is always the GPS focus, but getting people back to a healthier state is the GPS promise and motivation. GPS handles hospitalist acuity in a sub-acute environment; often completing the plan of care initiated in the hospital. GPS providers address complex medical comorbidities so this provides an exciting challenge and unique opportunity to impact change.

We invite you to join the GPS team as our Human Resources Director! In this position, you will work closely with a cohesive management team to align best practices with the overall organization's strategy. A strong understanding of the strategic direction of GPS will need to be mastered. You will provide high-level, proactive and responsive HR business support and actively promote and model the Genesis core values to GPS' exceedingly skilled, and independent thinking practitioners.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree in business or Human Resources a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of related Human Resources experience, including specific healthcare and employee relations experience desired. 3. Strong project management acumen required. 4. Proficient knowledge of HR technology, including MS Office, SharePoint and online video communication platform (like: Zoom) required. 5. Management training and coaching experience required. 6. PHR/SPHR desired.
