Part Time Administrative Specialist
The PT Administrative Specialist will report to the GCORR General Secretary and work in close collaboration with the General Secretary’s Executive Assistant to fulfill administrative duties for GCORR.
Basic Purpose:
Provide executive-level support and management to the Office of the General Secretary. The Administrative Specialist will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively execute plans with keen attention to detail, accuracy and timing; be an articulate / effective communicator, and able to partner with many persons across the organization, locally as well as internationally.
