WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Coordinate special projects, meeting,
  • Prepare/edit correspondence/communication, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Managing data, running reports and reconciling data/ auditing
  • Review resumes, talk with candidate's schedule interviews, follow up on the interview process, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Use your analytical skills by preparing HR reports that identify trends and work with the HR Team towards a solution.
  • Assisting with employee events.


WHAT ARE YOUR X-FACTORS

  • 1 years of HR Xperience either as a coordinator, administrator, or clerk.
  • Xperience working for a startup, turn around, or another fast growth business.
  • Basic knowledge and Xperience in HRIS systems- preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Xperince answering employees questions about policies/benefits/other; or onboarding them into the organization and experience creating new hire Xperiences.
  • Xperience creating employee communication and policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to Xcel in a startup or everchanging environment.
