Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our staff. We run a tip pool and are looking for someone to work four days a week and also have a flexible schedule. Bilingual would be helpful but not necessary. Small staff, great environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Experience:
Required Skills:
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in cash handling and working with cash registers
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and culinary terminologies

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Previous experience using OpenTable or other reservation platforms
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
