Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during designated shifts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Ensure efficient operations and adherence to company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
- Assist in training new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Experience in assistant manager, or food service management is a plus
- Respond with your favorite breakfast item (this is to see if you are paying attention)

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
