Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and your assigned customer(s), own the customer relationship, and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.
Develop and own site customer communication plan, coordinate and facilitate regular GE/Customer meetings reviewing open items and action plans and reviewing existing and new GE products/services that could provide value for the customer.
Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions as they arise balancing maximum benefits for the customer and GE
Be responsible for outage/non-outage parts planning including requests for quotes, providing quotes to customers, placing/managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as applicable.
Be responsible for managing the Outage planning and execution process and processing of Change Orders.
Provide leadership in owning and driving all emergent/forced outage matters to resolution.
Prepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage planning meetings, post-outage meetings and outage milestone meetings.
Own contract leadership and fulfillment including all project deliverables and understanding the T&Cs and contract requirements such as LD & Bonus structure.
Manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements and coordinate with functional groups.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR Associates degree from a college with 2 years of experience in a power generation industry)
Minimum of 3-5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management and /or Outage management.
Willingness and ability to travel and work On-site where GE GP is contracted to service for to up to 80% of the time managing GE's contractual agreement at the site with location; Greater Tampa Bay Area.
Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Primavera preferred
Experience planning and executing outages.
Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills

Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
Strong quality background with Black Belt certification

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $89,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for A Variable Incentive (VIC PW ) Bonus of 10%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
