We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 15 minutes!)
Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
- Helping to create social media content, creative reels, and static photos.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 year’s experience preferred in a clinical, medical, or med spa type setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.
- Team player mentality and positive outlook! This position is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys seeing others change their life for the best!
