We are a busy medical office seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Knowledge of EMR a must!
