Medical Front Desk Receptionist:

Ideal candidate for the position is a mature and upbeat individual with exceptional customer service/patient-care skills. Must possess excellent phone etiquette. KEEN attention to detail and an interest in a long term position with potential for growth. We are truly looking for the right person who is willing to go above and beyond and to expand within our organization.

• Experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist (minimum 2 years)
• Experienced with insurance verification and authorizations
• Must be able to multitask efficiently in various departments within the company
• Self starter
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Must be reliable, punctual and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be bi-lingual - English/Spanish - REQUIRED
• Strong organizational skills
• Surgical vascular background or knowledge is a PLUS
• Excellent Team Player
• Knowledge of E-Clinical Works a PLUS!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
