We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are a longevity and wellness focused concierge medicine practice located in Boca Raton, FL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who is organized and reliable, and who is committed to providing the highest level of patient care. Experience in a concierge practice structure, along with any previous marketing or social media skills is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
