Palm Vascular Centers is a group of well-established out patient labs that specializes in endovascular arterial and venous reconstruction is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team .

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 2-3 Clinics within our organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our business. We are looking for a high quality individual that wants to be part of a family like environment with the common mission of limb preservation which prevents amputations and lead to saving lives.

Our schedule - no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-calls!!!

-Minimum of 3 years experience in Operations managing several OBL/ASE Clinics

-Vascular experience a PLUS

-Understand all duties and functions of Health Care Operations

-Must possess excellent patient care skills

-Bi-lingual - English/Spanish - A PLUS!!!

-Knowledge of E-Clinical Works a PLUS!!!

-Must be timely, dependable and reliable

-Great team-player and positive attitude

Duties:
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of employees

-Experience with managing multi-locations

-Experience with managing 15 employees on a daily basis
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct strategic planning to improve operational processes and achieve organizational goals
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Manage projects and ensure timely completion within budget
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Identify business development opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in sales, strategic planning, and process improvement
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
