Busy ENT Practice looking for a front desk receptionist to check in and check out patients, answer phones, schedule patients, and perform general front office duties.

Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Perform patient check-in/check-out procedures, including collecting payments and making appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and EMR software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
