Small law firm focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law, is looking for an assistant/office administrator for a full time position. Primary duties include receptionist duties, word processing, maintaining the office calendar, assembling estate planning documents, corresponding with clients by email and preparing written correspondence.
A strong preference will be given to candidates who have a background in estate planning and probate law, but legal experience is not required. Applicants should have strong organizational skills, be detail and client oriented, and have good verbal and written communication.
Requirements:
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. Active notary public commission or willingness to acquire commission. Professional demeanor and reliable.
