The University of New Mexico’s Department of Athletics is seeking an energetic, reliable student to be the face and front line of Lobo Athletics. As office assistant you will assist with all front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to Lobo fans, donors, staff and student-athletes.

• Greeting and directing students, visitors faculty, and staff in a professional and efficient manner
• Answering and routing telephone calls
• Assisting with the distribution and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail
• Running campus errands
• Using office equipment such as copier and fax machines
• Filing documents
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
• It is imperative that the ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and responsible.

** This is a student employment position NOT a work study**

• Willingness to provide superb customer service
• Strong ability to follow specific instructions
• Basic computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
