Customer Scheduling Rep / Telemarketer (CSR)

Our team is looking for individuals who have passion for the service industry and working with the public. Effective communication and listening skills are HIGHLY valued and mandatory for this position. A strong, professional phone voice is a must. Individuals who possess exceptional telephone etiquette, a positive attitude, common sense, and a smile that can be heard in their voice are individuals who should apply.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Happily calling 100-200 of our previous customers (people who asked us for work in the past) daily
• Happily answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with exceptional service
• Scheduling service appointments
• Collecting customer info for the estimator
• Educating and upselling customers on our company and services
• Routing scheduled appointments with a focus on tight fuel and time efficient routes for our technicians and being able to adjust when parameters are met exactly to plan
• Data Entry
• Accurately inputting and updating customer information * Resolving service concerns when necessary

• Prior experience working in an office of a service company
• Accurate, Organized and Detail Orientated
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Simple math skills; we give a lot of price quotes
• Basic to intermediate computer skills a must.
• Worn many hats in a fast-paced environment

People who have been successful in this position have been:

• Entry-level and G&S was their first job. (Eager to learn and can follow directions.)
• Experienced in one or more of the following: customer service, scheduling appointments, dispatching, routing, sending out crews, great on the phone, multi-tasking, worked in small office where every one's contributions mattered, etc.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
