Responsibilities- Above all else...provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Process customer policy change requests
- Process insurance premium payments
- Handle customer billing questions/concerns
- Assist customers with filing claims
- Review policy renewals
- Ensure compliance with policy trailing documents
- Deepen customer relationships with cross-sale opportunities
- Michigan Property & Casualty license is required!
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
