Responsibilities:

• Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to customers who visit our store or contact us via phone or email.
• Troubleshooting: Help customers diagnose issues with their devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Order Processing: Process repair orders, track inventory, and manage customer inquiries.
• Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and repair techniques.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
