**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and excellent communication skills. With our documented sales process playbook the candidate will recieve hands-on, specific training and support. Come work with a fun and growing company that cares about its employees and customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls from warm leads to prospective customers using our documented sales process techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive growth through account retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively following our sales process and move through the identified sales stages.
- Follow our detailed sales process and perform specific activities to achieve realistic goals. No magic required, we have the playbook for success.
**Qualifications:**
- Some experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or telemarketing.
- Some understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Must have a growth mindset.
- Must have integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, inclined to take notes and follow through with following up.
- Great communication skills.
- Some experience in sales CRM platform is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a broader customer base.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
