We are seeking an Outbound Calling Representative to serve as a key support role for customer facing engagement. The primary role of this individual is to engage Singer's existing and potential new customers via outbound phone and email conversation. The key objective of the engagements is to introduce product or service offerings represented by the Singer group, seek out opportunities for product or industry experts to quote customers on said products or services.

Responsibilities:

* Present products and services to new and existing customers

* Make follow up calls from Vendor Leads or Website leads

* Make calls to inactive Singer Customers to reengage customers

* Make calls and emails to push marketing campaign leads

* Make outbound calls to cold call customers provided from purchased or tradeshow customers lists

* Record activities in HubSpot CRM

* Coordinate activities with Singer business unit representatives

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling or other related fields

* Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably HubSpot

* Demonstrate professional and appropriate behaviors

* Exhibit positive attitudes towards customers, vendors, and co-workers

* Preferred understanding of the following product ranges:

* Industrial Hose

* Hydraulic Hose

* Conveyor Belt

* Gasket and Sealing products

* Ability to learn the products for assigned push campaigns and Singer portfolio

* Ability to direct and coordinate sales with Singer Business units

* At least 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience
