Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing effective financial controls.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance

Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial report writing and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in public accounting is preferred
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role

Pay: $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
