Your team

As part of Revenue Operations, you’ll be working closely with all our commercial teams including sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing. Your team consists of highly-motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds that drive and support each other. Your mission

As Frontify’s Revenue Operations Manager, Marketing, you’ll analyze data to gain insights into our marketing channels (paid, owned, and earned) and customer lifecycle. You’ll own marketing reporting and analytics to track performance, generate insights, identify growth levers, and present stakeholder recommendations.

You’ll be a critical partner to our marketing sub-teams (Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, and Creative Studio). You’ll prioritize and define the implementation of new integrations, automations, and processes so the marketing teams can excel across the whole customer journey, and drive demand, new business, product adoption, and retention.

Your story

  • You’re able to join Frontify from anywhere in the New York area or the East Coast time zone – there’ll always be a seat in our offices waiting for you if you want to come by, though. 
  • You’ve been in a marketing ops position in the SaaS field for at least three years. 
  • You know the ins and outs of top-of-the-funnel management, customer marketing, and partnership motions, and you’re passionate about connecting marketing to revenue. Knowledge in the sales/business development field is beneficial. 
  • You’re skilled in HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, SEO, SEA, organic and paid social, attribution, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with other marketing automation platforms and customer Data platforms is a plus.
  • You excel at exploring new topics, proposing innovative approaches, and optimizing marketing channels. 
  • You’re eager to dig into the data and fully understand the technical aspects of marketing operations.
  • You’re a fluent English speaker who thrives in an international environment.
