This is a pivotal role that will support the US Deals Desk team, which is one of the teams included in the Company's Business Desk function. Responsibilities: Be a trusted advisor and valuable partner to the North America Sales Team by supporting the order to invoicing processCollaborate with Deals Desk and Order Management analysts in India and ensure prioritized deals are processed with velocity and accuracyPartner with Sales, Legal, Billing, and Revenue Accounting on recommendations and options for deal structure and deal closureMaintain current knowledge of product offerings and pricing promotionsProvide sales guidance on elements of a "good deal" utilizing historical trends in conjunction with current compliance policiesDevelop and/or contribute to process improvement and control governance for the North American Sales RegionParticipate in projects, sales training, and related initiatives from management as requested Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days/ week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo HQQualifications4 years of experience in Deals Desk, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Order ManagementExperience working in a SaaS environment is preferredExperience with Dealhub is preferredExceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentHighly organized with extraordinary attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills - comfortable working with Sales Teams and multiple internal stakeholders across various management levelsA sense of urgency and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesWorking knowledge of CRM databases and CPQ quoting tools Additional InformationCalifornia Pay Range: $100,000 - $145,000 . This range is inclusive of base bonus.
