ABOUT THE ROLEAt Fresh Tracks Canada, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team to help build cutting-edge travel management systems. This role will collaborate with our Product and Engineering leadership and interact directly with our users and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving project roadmaps and timelines
- Defining and maintaining processes for managing and communicating project scope
- Managing stakeholder communications, supporting clarity and visibility
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Identifying project risks and producing progress reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
- Proven success managing stakeholder expectations and communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated success managing changing timelines and scopes
- Ability to efficiently organize and disseminate project documentation
