Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of small and large-scale projects in addition to leading and directing activities of project teams that vary based on project size. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.

Pay range: $48.48 - $75.86

Responsibilities:

• Establishes priorities within projects and maintains a general knowledge of all aspects of the projects within responsibility scope.
• Maintains a broad knowledge base of new technologies and industry trends as related to assigned projects.
• Monitors processes and projects and recommends changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manages project budgets, interacting closely with the finance organization.
• Frequently coordinates with others both internal and external to the agency to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of progressively responsible project management or professional level experience in an electric public utility or equivalent environment (such as government agency or private or public utility related organization).
• OR an Associate s degree from an accredited college or university and 3 years of progressively responsible project management or professional level experience in an electric public utility or equivalent environment (such as government agency or private or public utility related organization).
• OR a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of progressively responsible project management or professional level experience in an electric public utility or equivalent environment (such as government agency or private or public utility related organization).
• Knowledge of project management techniques. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer software and tools for project management. Basic core value behaviors.
• PMI Project Management Professional Certification desired.
