Overview
As a Project Manager at JR Merit, you will be responsible for managing the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome while fostering both the owner and subcontractor relationships. You are self-motivated and skilled in client acquisition and services, managing teams, executing tasks, and mentoring onsite staff and field personnel. The Project Manager must possess business management acumen, leadership, and technical skills to assure client goals are surpassed. You bring a positive, “can-do” attitude, a strong drive to “make it happen”, top-notch professionalism, and the desire to be a lifelong learner and advance as opportunities are presented.
This position reports directly to Senior Leadership and is considered part of the Operations team. The Project Manager will have a team of direct reports including field supervisors and project engineers.
