Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Systems Engineer.The contract requiresa broad range of engineering and technical services tosupportour customers’goals.Our program teamwill providemanagerial, design, engineering, architectural, technical, implementation and maintenancesupportfor the Enterprise IT Services (EIS) ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. This system is usedto manage customer IT service requests,software resources,and ITservice functions forthe enterprise.

As aSystemsEngineeron this program, you willprovide the following services tosupport the development, implementation,and continual improvement to enable the ServiceNowplatform/application and related modules to provide the needed capabilities, functionality,and features tooperationalizeprocesses and workflows in line with all relatedIT Service Management (ITSM)processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration, Event, Asset, Capacity, etc.):

• Supportthe customer’sITSM strategy, policy, and procedures
• Configure and maintainServiceNowconfigurations (creation of change workflows, approval mappings, and relevant templates)
• Participate in Change and Release Management review meetings
• Monitor, assess, and identify strategies to improve processes, services, systems, and analysis
• Provide Continual Service Improvement (CSI) support to all currently implemented capabilities while also developing & implementing new capability requirements identified and defined in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with the government
• Gather, organize, and analyze data and information from multiple customer organizations andsource systems of recordto expedite the implementation ofServiceNowfunctions and features

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Bachelor’s degree inSystems Engineering orarelatedtechnical disciplineand14years of experience asan SE. Anadditional5years ofSEexperience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Experience managingsystem requirementstoensure the delivery of production systems are compatible with defined system architecture(s)such asDepartment of DefenseArchitecture Framework (DoDAF)andService-oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experiencedevelopingsystem requirements, functional requirements, andallocating the sameto individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
• Experiencedevelopingsystems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, andInterface Control Documents
• Experience resolvingaction items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
• Experience working as part of anIntegrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations
• Experience analyzingsystem requirementsandstakeholder needsto derive inferred and/or impliedfunctionalitythat may be essential to system effectiveness
• Experience reviewingand providinginput to program and contract work breakdown structure (WBS), work packages,and the integrated master plan (IMP)
• Experience implementingoperational views, technical standards views, and system and services viewsfor architectures using applicable DoDAFstandards
