• Salary in the $120-160,000 range

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor the execution of site installations.
• Coordinate and track the status of system installation activities performed by support contractors.
• Led projects related to site addendums and contributed to the collection and development of installation documentation for assigned sites.
• Support the Assistant Product Manager in executing program protection processes.
• Allocate approximately 50% of working time to tasks associated with system installation governance, including drafting, coordinating, and finalizing governance documents like Interconnection Security Agreements and Site Addendums.
• Provide Systems Engineering support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT), offering engineering inputs to lifecycle acquisition documentation, identifying and resolving engineering issues, and making timely recommendations for technical decision-making.
• Conducted analysis, developed courses of action, and presented recommendations to support technical and acquisition milestone decisions.
• Support engineering reviews of requirements, specifications, and design documentation (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), managing and responding to Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Change Requests (CRs).
• Elicit requirements from system users and develop Performance-Based Specifications and other technical products.
• Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development, and verification of IT systems.
• Assist with analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, vulnerability, susceptibility, cybersecurity, and other system characteristics to ensure operationally effective and suitable IT systems.
• Identify organizational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?

• TS/SCI active clearance is required for this role. 
• Proven experience in writing and/or reviewing requirements, specifications, and design documentation (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), as well as managing and responding to Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Change Requests (CRs).
• Experience in performing analysis, developing courses of action, and briefing recommendations to support technical and acquisition milestone decisions.
• Experienced in providing Systems Engineering support to Integrated Product Teams (IPT), including offering engineering inputs to lifecycle acquisition documentation, identifying and resolving engineering issues, and making timely recommendations for technical decision-making.
• Proven experience in drafting, coordinating, and finalizing governance documents like Interconnection Security Agreements and Site Addendums.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and execute tasks with high quality and within specified timelines with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of DoD 5000 acquisition life cycle and in-depth understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW), Offensive Cyber Operations, and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
