It’s YourWorld at Freebirds World Burrito! Freebirds is seeking a rock star candidate todevelop new catering sales business.

TheOutbound Sales Manager is a member of the Catering Team focused on promotingcatering sales. This individual must have an enthusiastic, engaging personalitywith a “can do” attitude to get the job done.

Thisposition is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with compensation at 10%(uncapped)of all new business acquired. This position reports to theDirector of Catering and may include nights and weekends.

What’s the gig?

· Workclosely with the Director of Catering to create a lead generation plan andfollow through on new business acquisition.

· UtilizeZoomInfo Intent and Engage to prospect, qualify, and convert leads.

· Complete weekly recapsof sales initiatives.

· Abilityto work independently and professionally within established guidelines.

· Abilityto read, write and speak English.

· Mustbe at least 18 years of age.

Requirements

• Must have 5 years ofsales and/or marketing experience.
• Possess a B.A./ B.S.in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Holds self to high standards of Integrity and Best in Class commitment to the guest experience.
• Demonstrate high level of communication, organization, and professionalism.
• Restaurant sales orevent planning experience preferred.
• Must pass backgroundcheck and have clean driving record.
• Impeccable email etiquette and grammar skills
