Frankly Coastal Property Management is a growing firm providing management for Homeowners and Condominium Associations.
The individual(s) we are looking for to join our team are - courteous, on-time, dependable and ready to work in a professional environment. We are looking for those individuals that enjoy working with people, and are interested in joining the Frankly Coastal family for the long term.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
-Clerical work - generally assists and supports all staff - administrative & accounting departments
-Answer phones, screen, & redirect calls, retrieve messages from voicemail — answer questions Greet all who enter/contact our firm - interact with Client Board Members, Unit Owners, Property Managers, Agents, etc. in person, via phone and e-mail.
-Mail pickup, sorting and distribution Courier Service, UPS, FedEx services
-E-mail correspondence
-Distribution/Billing of faxes and paid bills/documents from property managers & associations Financial reports distribution/tracking/billing
-Assist with AP/AR — check distribution, billing, deposits, print bank statements
-Mailing and Preparation/Editing of: Invoices/Assessments, Budget Meeting Notices, Annual Meeting Notices, Special Members Meeting Notices, Additional Newsletters, Notices, Letters as required Envelope inventory maintenance
-Assist with ongoing preparation of Administrative Procedures manuals.
-Update/Create Directories, files, folders as needed
-Signature Card Maintenance
-Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of office space and machines, restock supplies as needed
-Report copier maintenance repairs to vendor as needed
-Seasonal/Special Projects — see Administrative Calendar
Skills Required:
-Computer literate - Word, Excel, Business software applications, Internet & E-mail
-Multi-tasking, Time Management, Customer Service, and Telephone Skills Familiarity in use of office equipment used for administrative purposes
Must be "detail-oriented" and have excellent organizational skills
-Must be professional, courteous, fair, and consistent to all that we come in contact with
-Must be a ' 'team player" and be willing to support and work with all staff members
-Contribute by suggesting and exploring methods to improve and make our work/methods of organization more efficient and up-to-date, ability to adapt to ongoing change in workplace
