• Must have 45-hour Infant & Toddler Training and/or 90-hour Preschool Certificate
• Prior experience in a Montessori school is a plus
• Must be a self-motivated, self-directed team player that has the ability to establish and maintain wonderful relationships with staff, parents, and children.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Evidence of continuing education and professional growth to include meeting all necessary requirements as established by state law and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead Montessori teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum
- Support classroom management and create a nurturing learning environment for students
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Help in lesson planning and implementing educational activities that promote child development
- Provide individualized support to students based on their needs and abilities
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
