Franchise Tax Board (Chicago Field Office) is Hiring an OFFICE SERVICES MANAGER I Near Sacramento, CA

Under the general direction of the Administrator I, the Office Services Manager I (OSM I) is part of the management team that plans, organizes, and directs staff within the section and between units. The incumbent trains and develops subordinate supervisory staff on all aspects of their job while ensuring timely and efficient processing of all workloads. The incumbent manages workload process and staff at various classifications. In addition, the OSM I provides leadership for the activities of approximately 50 permanent and temporary employees who process various workloads. The OSM I evaluates workloads in an orderly and timely manner in accordance with the section's work plan priorities, policies, and procedure. Main duties for the position include preparing accurate monthly production, inventory, and time reports; guiding, developing, and evaluating employees; identifying and resolving system problems.

Working Conditions
