FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hard working Program Manager who is committed to reliable quality service, customer relationships, and building a rock steady team.
Management or supervisory experience preferred, be willing to perform very physical work, and have open schedule availability.

• The role is responsible for reliable quality service for our customers (60% cleaning work/40% office work). This means leading jobs on a daily basis to successful sign off and FoxTrot standard. Lead aircraft polishing, washing, and interior detailing jobs
• Using buffing machines, carpet cleaning machines, and ladders and lifts
• Completing checklists after every job to ensure quality control
• Organizing the right size team to clean aircraft that come in all shapes and sizes
• As the work is going on, ensure safety is upheld to the highest standards
• Take stock inventory and place orders with the logistics manager

Success metric is 100% checklist compliance and no quality complaints

• Maintain and Grow Customer Relationships through frequent communication with existing accounts and growing business by expanding existing accounts and finding new ones. This will involve setting and changing the schedule on a daily basis to meet customer needs. Go up to customers personally to collect a schedule daily
• Email and call customers about the schedule
• Ensure the team has enough hours at work to meet goals set
• Selling additional services to clients as needed with the Program Manager
• Give customers great experiences, whether its uncommonly great cleaning, or good conversation
• Building relationships in the hangar with new individuals
• Reaching out through phone and email to prospects from established lists

Success metric is hitting revenue goals and receiving customer compliments through our feedback system

• Build a rock steady team, with strong communication and collaboration with the home office. Maintain positive, daily communication with the team
• Set elevation goals (development plans) for each team member with the help of leadership
• Train team members in quality work, checklist use, and safety
• Work with the back office to post ads, then interview and hire team members based on our 5 values of GRIT, Solidarity, Client Focus, Safety, and Accountability. Work with the back office to ensure timely badging and onboarding
• Complete disciplinary forms to document employees
• Advocate for raises for quality team members
• Helps other teams and drives to other locations to ensure network wide strength
• Maintains the company vehicle
• Uses Divvy to upload receipts for expenses generated through the month

Success metric is less than 35% annual full time turnover at the location
The Operations Manager reports to the Program Manager. The Operations Manager works with the Aviation Supervisor and leads at the location to ensure 7 day per week coverage for FoxTrot's Clients.
Skills

• Lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and twisting
• Working with a high level of detail 8 to 10 hours per day
• Medically cleared to operate heavy machinery and perform all physical work
• The candidate needs to be excellent at communication and available by a cell phone with a consistent number 24/7
• The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work, due to frequent changes in the client schedule
