Fox Rothschild LLP is looking for a Docketing Clerk to assist our IP Attorneys. This position requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs data entry into computerized docket system to generate due dates and reminders.
- Responsible for analyzing incoming correspondence related to the prosecution of intellectual property rights.
- Reconciling outgoing correspondence and attorney comments against docket due dates in order to clear the docket.
- Responsible for continuing to develop and update knowledge of IP rules and procedures.
- Prepares timely customized reports and resolves inaccuracies and problems.
Job Requirements :
- or degree preferred
- 3 years of IP docketing experience within a law firm a plus.
- Experience with the CPi docketing system a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

The salary ranges for this position apply to the respective listed locations. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and / or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. Reasonable estimates of the current ranges for this position are :
- Denver, Colorado : $64,000 to $88,000
- Las Vegas, Nevada : $56,000 to $81,000
- Los Angeles, California : $67,000 to $85,000
- New York, New York : $73,500 to $93,500
- San Francisco, California : $75,000 to $98,750
- Seattle, Washington : $67,000 to $85,000
