Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. As a Billing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit invoices to clients based on services rendered

- Review billing information for accuracy and completeness

- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues

- Maintain billing records and documentation

- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary billing information

- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing

- Handle customer and vendor inquiries regarding billing matters in a professional and timely manner

Experience:

- Previous experience in Juris Accounting Software is preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
