We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and organized and has the proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse team.
What you'll do
- You will collect funds owed to 1stdibs by sellers for refunds on a daily basis
- You will manage payment holds for sellers with outstanding refund balances
- You will communicate across multiple departments on various seller issues
- You will review and enter employee's T&E reports and prepare them for reimbursement
according to company policy - You will collect, compile and enter corporate credit card spend while ensuring accuracy to statements and adherence to company policy
- You will meet monthly reporting deadlines and provide assistance with month-end close
- You will assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
What you'll bring
- You have 1 years of experience working in a professional environment
- You have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- You are proficient in Google Workspace
- You have experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are self-motivated, organized, and a team player
- You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Nice to Haves:
- Some experience with Salesforce preferred
