Our Firm seeks an experienced Commercial Lending Real Estate Paralegal for our, NYC office. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing documentation for commercial real estate lending and the ability to obtain and review due diligence materials. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills area required.
