We are seeking a full-time on-site Paralegal based in our Manhattan office. This position will work on a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office weekly. Prior experience in a personal injury law office is required. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings and court filings, extensive client contact, preparing discovery requests and responses, assisting in the intake of potential client calls, communicating with judges and counsel, and working with our team implementing efficient processes and systems. Additionally, this position will work closely with investigators and attorneys regarding intake tracking, rejecting and signing up cases.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience, including prior experience with scheduling, drafting legal documents, online filing, hearing and trial preparation, discovery review, file and calendar management
• Prior experience with personal injury
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior client relations and people skills
• Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented to be successful in this position
• Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word
