The Program Manager for OEM/Enterprise Accounts serves as the connective tissue between OEM contacts and the Foundation Direct teams that manage the Dealer business. You will help drive strategic conversations with the OEMs and connect OEM priorities to account-level executions. You will ensure all stakeholders are aligned and tracking towards established business goals both internally and externally, and work to identify opportunities to optimize overall success of the program over time.
The Program Manager is the face of our OEM Programs at Foundation Direct and will be tasked with developing our most impactful relationships externally while simultaneously leading our strategy internally. You will act as the intermediary across internal sales, onboarding, and digital teams (RPM/AT) on Key OEM/Enterprise initiatives collaborating to develop scaled sales and education opportunities. The Program Manager will lead the organization, management, and performance tracking of assigned OEMs/Enterprise accounts. You will also coordinate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure performance across OEM/Enterprise accounts is performing above benchmark and they will collaborate with the Data Team on all regular reporting and dashboard needs. Lastly, you will ensure our programs are set up for operational success by partnering with our internal Strategy & Operations team on any technical integrations and opportunities.
The Program Manager will be a highly communicative, organized, detail-oriented individual and will be able to navigate ambiguity in a growing and constantly evolving organization. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with current OEMs/Enterprise stakeholders (Corporate & Regional), third party program managers through regular meetings, in-person visits and consistent communication. You will be dedicated to documenting and maintaining progress in Salesforce, internal drives, and regular business reporting.
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must reside in the Continental U.S., eastern or central time zones preferred, but all are welcome to apply.
