Grant Leading Technology is Hiring a Construction Project Manager (Program Analyst) - DC Metro Area Near Washington, DC

Job Description

Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a self-motivated candidate for a Senior Program Analyst. The successful candidate will work with clients to manage projects and ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. We are looking for a project manager with a dedicated, creative approach to project management. This position will require 20% onsite time (Office is in Washington DC) and the hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm EST.
Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain, and review client's project status slide briefings.
  • Develop, maintain, and review project schedules.
  • Develop project scopes, project management plans, and other project documents .
  • Develop and updating requirements documents, and statements of work. 
  • Develop and updating comments resolution matrices. 
  • Track and monitor action items for reporting through completion.
  • Utilize collaboration site to track minutes, action items, assist in the response to requests for status, and maintaining the team site's content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date.
  • Manage, draft, and coordinate responses to requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage requirements and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
  • Seek the necessary approvals for responses, as needed.
  • Capture requirements from meetings. 
  • Manage customer's consultation process to include coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups
  • Review project budgets, vendor proposals and tracking project expenditures. 
  • Perform analysis of functional areas to recommend changes, when necessary.
  • Research best practices and industry technologies and/or tools to recommend to the government client to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: 
  • Bachelors' degree in related field 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • 10 years of related project management or program analyst experience required. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required.
  • US resident with an ability to pass public trust clearance.
Preferred Skills: 
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable 
  • Construction knowledge a highly desirable
  • Experience with logistical move 
  • Commercial furniture design, procurement, and management experience 

Salary Range:  $120,000 - $150,000
