We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Project Management, Commercial Construction, and Commercial Construction Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and managing the successful completion of various commercial construction projects.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of construction projects. The Project Manager will collaborate with external partners, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage various commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor and measure project progress to ensure project is on schedule and within budget
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular progress updates to project sponsors and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded
- Ensure all processes are in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
- Mentor and support project teams and provide guidance on project management principles
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or related role
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Compensation: up to $140K DOE
